2009/2010 K2 Affair Boa-Conda Women's Snowboard Boots Key Features:
Intuition Control-Foam 3D - Superior heel hold and refined comfort. These liners are made of a blend of high and standard density thermo-forming Ultralon foam. Internal and external J-bars increase heel hold. The 3D molded EVA insole with Harshmellow pods adds supportive cushioning. The engineered 3D liner bottom is designed to work perfectly with any foot shape or insole.
K2 Boa Conda System - The Boa Conda minimized harness is securely built into the shell of the boot and tightens around the liner to lock your foot in position. Focus is on superior ankle support and heel hold. The tension is adjusted using the Boa H2 reel. The H2 reel anchors the shell and liner together for perfect alignment and the knob stays securely locked in place while riding. The harness lace is threaded through the Floating tongue lace guide, allowing the rider to customize the heel hold and fit for maximum comfort.
Harshmellow Technology - K2 has managed to create soles that are lighter than our previous offerings that still maintain superior on snow performance. The tread patterns are precisely designed for peak performance, while maintaining superb traction and durability where you need it most. Harshmellow in the forefoot and heel adds the ultimate in damping and shock absorption.
