Tram Package - Each year, Burton pushes their ultra high-end technologies further in search of unmatched weight-savings, strength and shredability.

The Channel System - The Channel (M6) has staked its claim as snowboardingﾒs most direct connection. Focusing power through a central connection that acts as a backbone for the board's internal tech, it also lets you easily micro-adjust your stance width and angles. The added M6 means that Burton is using a standardized hardware size that improves upon performance and ease-of-use, as well as allows for compatibility with all Burton EST bindings along with bindings from select competitors.

Dragonfly Core - Over 500 independent laminations, each individually oriented within the core, resulting in superior weight-savings, strength and energized response.

Multizone EGD - In four seperate zones, the wood grain is perpendicular to the core adjacent to the Channel - the area from which a rider's power emanates - for ultimate strength and edge control.

Vaporskin - This minimized, carbon-based topsheet membrane drops weight while magnifying board feel and snap, allowing you to navigate through terrain with newfound intuition.

Triax Response Fiberglass and Carbon I-Beam Construction - Burton uses Triax Response Fiberglass for versatile flex and response, capable of shredding everything from straight-line big mountain descents to mellow laps through the park. Carbon I-Beam is Burtonﾒs ultra-light carbon backbone that gives the board added pop and longitudinal snap.

Lightning Bolts Hi-Voltage - Radiating outwards from beneath your feet, these energy transfer strands allow Burton to make the board poppier and more responsive without making it stiffer. For dual-drive power and response, the Hi-Voltage version features energy transfer strands woven into the fiberglass both above and below the board's core.

Squeezebox - This patent-pending technology transfers energy outward from under your feet, energizing the tip and tail for added snap when exiting a turn and ollieing. Thinner core sections underfoot transition to thicker, more powerful areas between and outside your feet for a more stable board that can be powered up and manipulated with less effort.

Frostbite Edges - The edges beneath your bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edge-hold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you donﾒt. Frostbite Edges are ready for hard-pack while remaining ever forgiving in softer conditions.

Pro-Tip - Tapering the thickness of the tip and tail dramatically reduces swing weight to help you pull through that extra 180. If thatﾒs not enough, Pro-Tip also improves float in powder.

Infinite Ride Factory Tuning - You wonﾒt find technology like Infinite Ride anywhere but Burton. This exclusive pop and power-enhancing technology allows Burton to break in the board for you while maximizing its strength. Burton does this by overbuilding the board, then putting it in a machine that simulates the conditions found during a season on snow. The result is a board that rides the same from the first day forward, season after season.

Edge Tech - Grip & Rip Edge Tune - Burtonﾒs tried and true edge tune is perfect for slicing and dicing the entire mountain to pieces.

Slant Sidewalls - A 28 degree profile creates a consistent edge-hold that cuts like a knife.

Sintered WFO Base - By infusing a specially formulated wax deep into the pores of this extra-absorbent, high-density sintered material, you get an ultra-durable base that stays wide open all season, in all riding conditions.
