The Status is the pinnacle of DC's boot line. This all mountain snowboard boot is DC's most responsive model with the diversity of every rider in mind. The Status was developed with Travis Rice who designed the Black/Grey/Red color way. When asked how he came up with the concept he said, "The boot, classy black with some subtle hits of party, then threw some Caliente Pizzazz on the "proverbial panty's high" boot for ultimate "floor next to the bed" curb appeal."

Constrictor Closure System - DC's Constrictor Closure System provides the perfect blend of support, heel hold, and comfort to perform in any condition. The closure overlays securely hold your foot while allowing the boot to flex smoothly and consistently.

Full Grain Leather - The use of Genuine Leather not only provides a premium look, but also improves performance and durability. By impregnating the leather with silicone, these boots will last longer than boots made with synthetic materials while continuing to form to the rider's foot and give a truly personalized fit.

Aerotech Ventilation System - Molded vents in the shell and liner work in unison to release unwanted moisture away from the rider’s foot. This proprietary system will keep your feet warm and dry.

Unilite Outsole with Impact G Midsole - DC's proprietary boot outsole technology, Unilite provides traction, durability, dampening and cushioning all while drastically reducing weight. Unilite soles feature distinct tread patterns for ascending, descending, and skating around with DC's Push Zone tread pattern. This snow shedding design also prevents snow from building up and clogging the bindings. For the ultimate in reduced weight and comfort, DC incorporates Impact G, their proven impact absorbing system that does not change properties under varied temperatures or climates.
