JibPop Rocker Camber - The loosest, most playful, most press happy camber in Rome's collection. Flat in the mid section with rocker in the nose and tail: the flat section terminates between the bindings and from there the rocker extends to the contact points. The flat section is stable on board slides, while the rocker that starts underfoot optimizes press tricks and results in a nearly catch-free ride.

QuickRip Sidecut Technology -This sidecut consists of a mid-section sidecut that is off-set from a sidecut of the same radius in the nose and tail. This mid-section sidecut is joined to the nose and tail sidecut by transition zones that create two mid-board contact points that are located just outside of the binding mounting area. QuickRip lets a board "ride short" at slow speeds by engaging the mid-section sidecut between the mid-board contact points. It also lets a board "ride long" at high speeds by engaging the full running-length sidecut where the mid-board contact points work to improve edge hold.

Impact Core Matrix - A 40% wood composite material is impregnated with wood fibers to create a core that is super durable, environmentally friendly and smooth flexing. This core is ideal for riders who like a board that can take jib and all-mountain abuse.

Hotrods: Glass Single Barrel - This is Rome's most advanced pop-enhancing technology. To precisely locate longitudinal and/or torsional pop in the board, Rome mills out the core and inserts thin tubes of carbon or fiberglass. Glass Single Barrel HotRods work to increase longitudinal kick without altering the rest of the flex profile. Rome lays in a single tube in the midline.

Glass Impact Plates - Rome’s Glass Impact Plates deliver anti-compression strength under your bindings at a lighter weight with a more even flex.

Straight Biax Laminate - This playful and forgiving laminate definitely leans toward the flex side of the flex with pop spectrum. This laminate is perfect for a life of jumping, pressing, buttering and generally having creative fun.

Impact Base - Added strength to fight against the abuse of rails and rocks, this advanced extruded compound combines high molecular density and high abrasion resistance.
