2011-2012 Rome Garage Rocker Men's Snowboard Key Features:
FreePop Rocker Camber - A flat section extends outside your bindings to approximately 5cm outside of the widest insert. Where the flat section ends, rocker continues to the contact points. With rocker in the nose and tail, it's still a board that loves a good butter and powder float, but the extended flat camber section improves ollie pop, edge control and stability for jumps and all-mountain mayhem.
QuickRip Sidecut Technology -This sidecut consists of a mid-section sidecut that is off-set from a sidecut of the same radius in the nose and tail. This mid-section sidecut is joined to the nose and tail sidecut by transition zones that create two mid-board contact points that are located just outside of the binding mounting area. QuickRip lets a board "ride short" at slow speeds by engaging the mid-section sidecut between the mid-board contact points. It also lets a board "ride long" at high speeds by engaging the full running-length sidecut where the mid-board contact points work to improve edge hold.
TTT Core Matrix - Full tip-to-tail wood gives that responsive feel people love and expect from wood cores.
Glass Reverse-V Stringer Technology - Pop-enhancing technology that increases ollie and nollie pop, but still keeps the board torsionally loose and buttery. Perfect for jib boards where playful is a priority.
Straight Biax Laminate - This playful and forgiving laminate definitely leans toward the flex side of the flex with pop spectrum. This laminate is perfect for a life of jumping, pressing, buttering and generally having creative fun.
XTRD Base - A high 1.45 abrasion resistance creates a base that is durable, simple, and easy-to-repair.
