The ultimate jib weapon is back. Just like a knuckle knife is clutch in any street battle, the Re-Enforcer is a much needed weapon when going into battle in the shred scene. This board is hands down one of the most fun boards to ride in the Technine line - lightweight, super soft and designed with their 9-Rocks Reverse Camber Technology. Although this board is designed for messing around in the park and locking down perfect presses and butters, some riders swear by its unmatched performance in powder. The nose just floats up on top of deep snow, giving the feel of a long powder machine on a smaller board. Get ready to perfect powder buttering this year as well as have a blast in the park. Every rider should have a Re-Enforcer in their quiver.
2011-2012 Technine Re-Enforcer Men's Snowboard Key Features:
9 Rocks Reverse Camber - A rocker built to have fun in the park. From pressing boxes to sliding cold metal street rails, Technine has built the ultimate reverse camber for jibbing. For their rocker boards, they have a single radius angle reverse camber. Only 10cm of the middle point of the board is touching the ground, and the rest of the camber is above it. The ultimate result is a poppy board with a very stable nose and tail built for presses and park riding.
Power Tech Core - Full tip-to-tail poplar wood core with finger joints. Poplar provides strength and the perfect amount of feel and control. Poplar is also known for its perfect balance of stability and energy.
Honeycomb Air Core Insert - Giving you more bounce to the ounce! Technine mills out a strip of the core in the center of the board and adds a honeycomb air core insert to make this board incredibly lightweight. Careful when jumping or you might just overshoot the landing.
Bi-Axial Fiberglass Construction - Perfect for freestyle riding, this construction is lightweight and efficient, offering up an even flex without adding unnecessary weight.
Carbon Stringers - Get complete control in a variety of conditions and terrain. From contact point to contact point, the carbon taping promotes even flex and decreases flex fatigue, giving the rider a flex they can depend on for multiple seasons.
3-Layer Interior Rubber Dampening - Add three layers of rubber and you now have the ultimate in strength, performance and dampening. No more board chatter in high-speed situations and the ultimate feeling of cush under your feet.
Custom Jib Edge - Detuned to perfection right out of the wrapper, this custom park feature gives the rider nothing to worry about when hopping on a box or rail. The edges still allow for the perfect turn but are detuned in all of the right places to give the rider a worry-free attitude when throwing down new moves on any jib.
Extruded Base - Extruded bases are really good for freestyle boards, park boards, and especially for street boards because they can be repaired easily.
