INFORMATION FOR PLACING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
During the checkout process you will may not be able to select your State/Province. If your state/province is not listed in the State drop down, select the first available state. When entering the city or town you can add your state on the same line (ex: city, state/province, country). In the final checkout step, when entering your credit card info, you must indicate the full address as it should appear on the shipping label in the "Special Instructions"fields.

As we are not always able to verify international billing address. For security purposes, once you have placed your order we will charge a small fee to your card ( amount between $0 and $3 USD ) . We will then contact you via email and ask that you verify this amount with your bank. The amount can be in either US Dollars or your currency. Once you verify this charge we will then process and ship the order.

If you refuse a package for any reason we will refund only the cost of the goods less any additional shipping or handling charges that may be accessed. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items - customer responsible for all return shipping. Allow 1 to 3 business days for processing of order and credit card verification. No backordered items on international orders.
