INFORMATION FOR PLACING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

During the checkout process you will not be able to select your State/Province. When entering the city or town you can add your state on the same line(ex: city, state/province, country). In the State drop down, select the first available state, “Alabama".  In the Country Drop Down, select “British Forces Post Office”.  Under special instructions you must indicate the full address as it should appear on the shipping label.

Your shipping cost would be the same as Australia/New Zealand. (see shipping chart below)

As we are not always able to verify international billing address.  For security purposes, once you have placed your order we will charge a small fee to your card ( amount between $0 and $3 USD ) . We will then contact you via email and ask that you verify this amount with your bank. The amount can be in either US Dollars or your currency. Once you verify this charge we will then process and ship the order.

Shipping to credit card holder and Billing Address only.

Customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes. Contact your local customs offices for more information. Exchange rates to be calculated by customer, as the rates change daily. If you refuse a package for any reason we will refund only the cost of the goods less any additional shipping or handling charges that may be accessed. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items - customer responsible for all return shipping. Allow 1 to 3 business days for processing of order and credit card verification. No backordered items on international orders.
