Mail to: Eternal Sports, 45 East Freeport Blvd, Sparks, Nevada 89431. To order by "snail mail" write out your order along with your name, address and phone number. (It is best to call us first to make sure we have the items you want in stock.)

BACKORDERS

If an item that you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be back ordered. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Items on backorder will not be charged until they are shipped.(NO BACK ORDERS ACCEPTED ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If you are not entirely satisfied with an item, please call us first for a Return Authorization Number(RA), we will give you an RA number and instructions. Return the item to us unused within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price(minus all shipping charges). Exchanged items will be subject to additional shipping charges.

(After 30 days, return is subject to authorization and a 10% restocking fee)

REFUSED ORDERS / ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT RMA NUMBERS

Orders that are refused and orders that are returned without RMA Numbers will be charged full shipping charges, including our standard rates and any additional outgoing / incoming shipping charges.

WARRANTIES

All products we sell are covered under the Manufacturers Warranty. If you feel that there is a problem with the manufacturing of an item give us a call and we will help you resolve it with the Company. If it is a clear warranty issue, we may ask you to contact the manufacturer directly in accordance with their procedures and for a faster response.

Please be advised that every care is taken to ensure that the products pictured are exactly the same as ordered. However in rare circumstances it may happen that the manufacturer improves the product or alters the color (e.g. Snowboard base colors) prior to shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, should this occur. Please note: all t-shirts, beanies, ballcaps and sweatshirts come in assorted colors, and not necessarily the color shown - these merely depict the logo or style.
