All returns/exchanges on orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to applicable outgoing shipping fees. Free shipping applies to in stock items only.
All Nevada residents will be charged 7.725% sales tax.

Use our secure website and place your order online 24/7 365. All online transactions are conducted on our secured server. This is the easiest, fastest and most secure way to order. Orders placed on the website are typically filled within 48 hours.
Call us at (800) 838-3762 and place your order over the phone. The Eternal order and customer service lines are open Mon-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time and Saturdays 10:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Mail to: Eternal Sports, 45 East Freeport Blvd, Sparks, Nevada 89431. To order by "snail mail" write out your order along with your name, address and phone number. It is best to call us first to make sure we have the items you want in stock.
Fax to: (775) 358-4005. Orders by fax can be paid by credit card or you can mail your payment to us.
BACKORDERS
If an item that you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be back ordered. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Items on backorder will not be charged until they are shipped. NO BACK ORDERS ACCEPTED ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If you are not entirely satisfied with an item, please call us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), we will give you an RMA number and instructions. Return the item to us UNUSED within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (minus all shipping charges). Exchanged items will be subject to additional shipping charges. Special orders CANNOT be returned for a refund. All sales are FINAL for all special orders.
After 30 days, return is subject to authorization and a 10% restocking fee.
REFUSED ORDERS / ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT RMA NUMBERS
Orders that are refused and orders that are returned without RMA Numbers will be charged full shipping charges, including our standard rates and any additional outgoing / incoming shipping charges. Any order that is received by EternalSnow.com that does not have a proper RMA# issued by an EternalSnow.com associate is subject to a re-stocking fee of at least 20%. Special orders CANNOT be returned for a refund. All sales are FINAL for all special orders.
Items returned for refund that originally qualified for Free Shipping will be refunded less appropriate standard shipping rates.
SPECIAL ORDERS

WARRANTIES
All products we sell are covered under the Manufacturers Warranty. If you feel that there is a problem with the manufacturing of an item give us a call and we will help you resolve it with the Company. If it is a clear warranty issue, we may ask you to contact the manufacturer directly in accordance with their procedures and for a faster response.

However in rare circumstances it may happen that the manufacturer improves the product or alters the color (e.g. Snowboard base colors) prior to shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, should this occur.
