Return and Exchange Policies



RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with an item, please call us at 1-800-838-3762 first for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), we will give you an RMA number and instructions. Please write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the package that you return the item in. Return the item to us UNUSED with all of the original tags and packaging within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Items returned for refund that originally qualified for Free Shipping will be refunded less appropriate standard shipping rates. Special orders CANNOT be returned for a refund. All sales are FINAL for all special orders.

Orders that are returned after 60 days will be assessed a minimum of a 10% restocking fee. Items returned outside of the 60 day return period will receive shop credit for the current sale price of the item less any restocking fees. Returns will not be accepted beyond 90 days of original purchase or if the item as been discontinued. Eternal does not offer "call tags" for returns. USED items will not be accepted.

We suggest you use a trackable service such as UPS or USPS to return items. We do not accept any C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) packages. If a package has postage due it will be refused and sent back to the sender.



EXCHANGES

To exchange an item simply place a new order for the item you would like and this will ensure that it will not sell out from under you and it will ship out to you a soon as possible. Return your unwanted item via the RMA process described above by calling us at 1-800-838-3762. Return the unwanted item to us UNUSED with all of the original tags and packaging within 60 days of purchase for an exchange and we will issue you a refund as soon as we receive it back. Exchanged items may be subject to additional shipping charges.

SKATEBOARD RETURNS

Once a skate deck has been grip taped it is NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange. As always, any skate parts that have been used are also NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange.



YOUR REFUND

We always process your refund as soon as we receive the item back to our facilities. However you may see some lag time between when we get the item to when you see the money back in your account. The exact amount of time it takes varies widely between different credit card companies and/or banks. Typically it takes 2 to 6 business days from the time we process the refund. Refunds are always made to the original form of payment, so please note if you placed the original order with your Paypal account the refund will go there.



REFUSED ORDERS / ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT RMA NUMBERS

Orders that are refused and orders that are returned without RMA Numbers will be charged full shipping charges, including our standard rates and any additional outgoing / incoming shipping charges. Any order that is received by EternalSnow.com that does not have a proper RMA# issued by an EternalSnow.com associate is subject to a re-stocking fee of at least 20%.

Special orders CANNOT be returned for a refund. All sales are FINAL for all special orders.

WARRANTIES

All products we sell are covered under the Manufacturers Warranty. However be aware that individual manufacturers have varying warranty policies and procedures (they are not created equally). If you feel that there is a problem with the manufacturing of an item give us a call and we will help you resolve it with the Manufacturer. If it is a clear warranty issue, we may ask you to contact the manufacturer directly in accordance with their procedures and for a faster response.

Eternal is not responsible for expenses incurred on return shipment of warranty items, including but not limited to shipping cost, taxes, customs or duties. Customers with warranty issues are encouraged to ship using least expensive method, as you will not be refunded for incoming shipping expenses. Once a manufacturer has made a final decision about the warranty, replaced, repaired or returned items will be shipped back to you at no additional cost. Any refunds issued will be made upon final warranty decision. Eternal has NO say in warranty decisions made by individual manufacturers.
